Hello, Chef –
The bread-baking class I took with you earlier this year was a revelation. I’ve always been a fairly good cook, but was rather intimidated by bread baking, and therefore afraid to try. Thanks to you, though, I am now able to produce a great baguette! I bake bread almost every day, and I’m thrilled each time. Your instruction was clear and fun, and clearly you have a gift not just for bread, but also for teaching. Thanks for the gift of bread! I can’t wait to learn more, so hopefully I’ll be able to study with you again some time in the future. Best wishes on your new venture.

Its Allen I dont know if you remeber me i was in your last breads class at The Culinary Institute Of America just wondering how things are going. Iam finnaly finished with IPP and I have to start extern soon but i had a promising interview with M&M and Mars doing R&D work.
