During this 3- or 5-day course, we pay particular attention to ingredients and techniques that produce delicious flavors with enjoyable textures. Products covered include 6 Different Bread, 6 Different Buns, and Pastry Items.

Learning Objectives
Developing and working with Preferment’s, after the Course you are able to produce from A to Z , 3 different Mediterranean Bread Items with Preferment’s, learn what Yeast, Salt and other Ingredients have for Responsibilities, learn how to proof and handle the Dough on Professional Manner, produce 2 different Asian Buns, learn about the 12 Steps of Bread Baking, Course Attendants can take the Bread Items at Home
